- একবার বিক্রি হয়ে গেলে কোনো বৈধ কারণ ছাড়া পণ্য ফেরত বা বিনিময় করা যাবে না।
- অনলাইন ক্রয়কৃত পণ্য, গ্রাহকরা পণ্যটি ফেরত দিতে পারেন যদি এটি প্রদর্শিত চিত্রের সাথে না মেলে বা এটি বাহ্যিকভাবে ক্ষতিগ্রস্থ বলে মনে হয়।
- ব্যবহৃত পণ্য ব্যবহারকারী দ্বারা ফেরত দেওয়া যাবে না.
