Refund and Returns Policy

- অতিরিক্ত ফি যেমন ইএমআই চার্জ, প্রমোশন চার্জ, গেটওয়ে চার্জ, ইএফটি চার্জ ইত্যাদি, ফেরতযোগ্য নয়।
রিটার্ন:
- একবার বিক্রি হয়ে গেলে কোনো বৈধ কারণ ছাড়া পণ্য ফেরত বা বিনিময় করা যাবে না।
- অনলাইন ক্রয়কৃত পণ্য, গ্রাহকরা পণ্যটি ফেরত দিতে পারেন যদি এটি প্রদর্শিত চিত্রের সাথে না মেলে বা এটি বাহ্যিকভাবে ক্ষতিগ্রস্থ বলে মনে হয়।
- ব্যবহৃত পণ্য ব্যবহারকারী দ্বারা ফেরত দেওয়া যাবে না.
রিটার্ন এবং রিফান্ডের বিধান নিম্নলিখিত কারণে বৈধ হবে না:
- আমার আর পণ্যটির প্রয়োজন নেই বা অনিচ্ছাকৃতভাবে অর্ডার করেছি।
- আমি এটি রাখার সিদ্ধান্ত নেওয়ার আগে পণ্যটি যাচাই করতে চাই৷
- আমি ক্রয় সম্পর্কে আমার মন পরিবর্তন করেছি এবং এটি আর চাই না।
